Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy that varies by region in compliance with local laws and regulations.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included and attached to the product in it’s original state.
  • Free from damage unless it arrived defective.
  • Your return is required to be pre-notified to our customer support team with an approval response. Don’t worry! The moment you notify the team of your intention to return is what counts for the day count.
  • Customers will always bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. This will be decided upon solely by our customer service team.
  • Any Express & Priority Shipping / Handling options selected for the order are NON refundable.

Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, personalisation, or if on sale . See Section 6 for details.


2. Return Timeframe & Region-Specific Policies

United States, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise instructed by our customer support team in certain circumstances.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.

European Union

  • As per EU consumer rights, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to return any unused item for any reason.
  • If returning within this period, you will receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs for shipping the items.
  • After 14 days, a 30-day return window applies, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council: UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.)

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns for defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days.
  • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@dyrka.com with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Item Name/SKU
  • Reason for Return

Our team will provide return instructions with a return form to add in your parcel, including the correct return address based on your region. Items sent to an incorrect address will not be processed.

For self-service returns, eligible customers will receive a return portal link where they can select a return method and generate a shipping label (where applicable).


4. Refund Process & Shipping Costs

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is inspected.
  • Additional shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (defective, incorrect item, etc.).
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective returns, except for customers in the EU, where no restocking fee is applied.
  • Customers opting for an eco-return (without shipping the product back) may receive a 25% refund instead.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order.
  • For size-related exchanges, customers may qualify for a gift card equal to the original item’s value once the return tracking is active.

6. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a discount code.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items, including certain personal care products. Certain wearables, Kids & Baby items
  • Gift Cards.
  • Online items with no physical fulfilment.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact info@dyrka.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide a video of the damaged/incorrect item.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Contact info@dyrka.com as soon as possible.
  • If the order has already been processed, you must wait for delivery and then return the item.
  • Address or size changes may be possible if requested within the first few hours after placing the order.
